I have installed the XAMPP successfully. But in control panel while starting the MySQL following error occur.
Error: MySQL shutdown unexpectedly.
[mysql] This may be due to a blocked port, missing dependencies,
[mysql] improper privileges, a crash, or a shutdown by another method.
As per your reply I tried-exit Xampp server
go to your xamppmysqldata directory
delete the ibdata1 file
restart xampp server
But the problem is same.
Hey Anil pls let us know what Operating System you are using, problems differ for Linux and Windows .
One common solution can be checking port for services. As in Xampp we have different port for running different services.
Some ports are default and shared by many applications. But when we run the application when one is already running , it gives block port warning. So try changing ports for services one by one and checking which port is blocked.
